Ziptie provides a receive-only Indian mobile number that delivers SMS and calls to the Ziptie app. It cannot be used to send messages or place calls. During the private beta the service is provided free and may change without notice.

You must be 18 or over and located in India. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. One account per person; numbers may not be resold or shared.

Do not use Ziptie to impersonate others, evade a ban, harass anyone, or receive messages connected with fraud or any illegal activity. We may retire a number or close an account that is used this way.

Numbers are issued from our pool and remain the property of the carrier. A replaced number is retired permanently and cannot be recovered. We may need to change your number if a carrier requires it; we will tell you first wherever possible.

After the beta, a number costs ₹199 one-time. Replacement numbers are charged at the same price. Prices may change for new purchases, never for a number you have already bought.

We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Do not rely on a Ziptie number for emergency services or for anything where a missed message would cause serious harm. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected number.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
